Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review client contracts, hire agreements and commercial terms of submission
- Coordinate and compile formal tender responses, ensuring timely and compliant documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, leadership) to ensure contracts meet risk and compliance requirements
- Support the negotiation of commercial terms, conditions, and pricing
